Job Overview

Dell Landscaping Inc dba Dell Garden Center, Kinnelon, NJ. Daily transportation provided from a central location to worksites in the following counties:
Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Essex, Warren (NJ), Rockland (NY).

• Role: Landscape Laborer (7 positions) – Temporary, full‑time.
• Contract: 03/01/2026 – 12/14/2026.
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 40 hrs/week. Monday‑Friday, some Saturdays required. Schedule varies.
• Compensation: $21.91/hr (weekly, paid). $32.87/hr OT. Raise/bonus at employer's discretion.

• $16.28/day during travel, up to $68.00/day with receipts.
• H2B workers reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees (excluding passport fees).
• Daily subsistence per day; supplier, tools, supplies, equipment provided at no charge.

• Cut, trim, edge, water lawns & flower beds.
• Clean up, dig plants, weed, plant.
• Spread mulch, rake, blow leaves.
• Assist crew leaders by carrying supplies such as concrete pavers, soil, gravel, and drainage dry‑laid paver base landscape products used in clean up and restoring yard.

• Pre‑employment drug testing required; random drug testing during employment.
• All drug testing performed irrespective of citizenship or immigration status and fully paid for by the company.
• Pre‑hire background check required; all fees paid by the company.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request.

• Single workweek used to compute wages due.
• All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
• After 50% of the work contract period, employer reimburses workers for initial transportation and subsistence costs if traveling a distance that makes daily return impractical.
• Upon contract completion or earlier dismissal, employer will pay for reasonable transportation and subsistence costs back home, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment.
