Customer Service Coordinator

Bellshill, Scotland | Full-Time | Onsite We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division. Youll play a key role in coordinating service operations, managing engineer schedules, and supporting customer delivery across maintenance, reactive, and project work. What we offer ? Coordinate engineer scheduling and manage utilisation Process timesheets and maintain planner systems Raise jobs (maintenance, quoted, and reactive works) Order parts and manage work-in-progress (WIP) Communicate with customers and obtain purchase orders Support invoicing, quotations, and KPI tracking Maintain training records and support compliance (EHS, FGAS) What were looking for:
