Our client is a leading marine and environmental services provider, delivering complex offshore projects across the UK and North West Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of subsea cable installation and repair projects. This is a senior leadership role overseeing vessel operations, offshore teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead offshore subsea cable installation and repair projects.

* Manage vessel operations, offshore teams, and subcontractors.

* Develop operational procedures, method statements, and technical documentation.

* Support tenders with technical and commercial input.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Drive HSE compliance and operational excellence.

* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Requirements

* Engineering degree (Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or similar).

* Minimum 10 years’ experience in subsea cables, offshore construction, or marine operations.

* 5+ years of work experience with Maritime Industry

* 5+ years of experience in Management

* 3+ years of Renewable Energy Semiconductor Manufacturing experience

* Strong understanding of vessel operations and offshore logistics.

* Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills.

* Right to work in the UK.
