We're supporting a leading organisation in the search for a Service Delivery Analyst to join their IT Service Management team. 6-Month Contract, Inside IR35 £ 400-£450 per day Hybrid - Glasgow, Perth or Reading
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate service escalations. Track and drive actions arising from incidents, reviews, and service assessments. Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders. Produce service reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics. Support service continuity, governance, and continual service improvement initiatives. Assist with major incident management and service restoration activities.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a Service Delivery Analyst, Service Management, or IT Operations role. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience producing service reports and management information. Ability to coordinate multiple work streams and drive actions through to completion. Service Now experience is highly desirable.
