Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - NQ- PQE

Position: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - NQ- 2 Years PQE
This is a great opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or someone who has up to 2 years post qualifying residential conveyancing experience to join a well-established and supportive property team. You'll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of residential property matters, with the guidance of experienced Partners and colleagues who are genuinely invested in your development.

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title. The work is varied and engaging, giving you exposure to the full conveyancing process while allowing you to build confidence and autonomy as your experience grows.

You'll work directly with clients, guiding them through each stage of their transaction, explaining legal documents clearly, and providing practical, solution-focused advice. You'll also liaise regularly with lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently.

For those interested, there will be opportunities to gain exposure to commercial property work over time.

You'll be someone who has exceptional communication skills and really enjoys building fantastic client relationships. You need to be highly organised as you'll be busy but not in a conveyancing belt manner, quite the opposite.
