Overview

This is a great opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or someone who has up to 2 years post qualifying residential conveyancing experience to join a well-established and supportive property team. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of residential property matters, with the guidance of experienced Partners and colleagues who are genuinely invested in your development.

• You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title.
• The work is varied and engaging, giving you exposure to the full conveyancing process while allowing you to build confidence and autonomy as your experience grows.
• You’ll work directly with clients, guiding them through each stage of their transaction, explaining legal documents clearly, and providing practical, solution‑focused advice.
• You’ll also liaise regularly with lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently.
• For those interested, there will be opportunities to gain exposure to commercial property work over time.

• Newly Qualified Solicitor or up to 2 years post‑qualifying residential conveyancing experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of building client relationships.
• High organisational ability, capable of handling a busy caseload.
