A firm that truly walks the talk on work life balance. They are currently looking for an Audit and Accounts Manager on a 35 hour working week, hybrid working, and flexible hours. Not as a vague promise buried in the small print, but an actual, lived part of the culture. The Opportunity:

This Audit and Accounts Manager role could be step up for you or a lateral move into somewhere you'll genuinely thrive. You'll take ownership of a varied client portfolio across multiple sectors, lead audit and accounts assignments end to end, and play a real part in the firm's growth. This isn't a siloed position. You'll be working closely with directors, mentoring junior staff, attending client meetings, and contributing to strategic decisions.

Your voice will carry weight here. This firm has a strong track record of promoting from within, so if you're ambitious, there's a clear path forward for everyone. What were looking for:

- You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least five years of audit and accounts experience and solid knowledge of UK standards.

- Youll be someone who builds genuine relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
