Service & Maintenance Sales Executive | Gate Automation & Access Control | £30,000 £ 35,000  Commission - Full - time - Permanent - One of the UK's fastest-growing specialists in gate automation, access control, and barrier systems to find a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is a new business-focused role with real earning potential and the freedom to build something meaningful.

The Role As Service & Maintenance Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of growing our client's maintenance and service contract portfolio, supported by a technically strong operations team who will give you the credibility and confidence to go to market and win. Your key responsibilities will include:
Proactively generating new leads through targeted cold calling, strategic outreach, and professional networking Identifying client needs and positioning our client's service and maintenance offering compellingly Preparing and issuing accurate, timely quotations tailored to client requirements Building and sustaining long-term client relationships grounded in trust and value Negotiating and securing maintenance contracts that deliver mutual benefit Maintaining clean, accurate records of pipeline activity, quotes, and outcomes Your proven track record will demonstrate: A consistent history of hitting or exceeding new business targets in a B2B environment The ability to manage a self-generated pipeline from cold outreach through to signed contract Success selling in technical, engineering, electrical, or facilities maintenance sectors Strong retention of client relationships clients who came back, renewed, and referred A pattern of continuous improvement someone who reflects, learns, and evolves their approach Demonstrate an organised, structured and methodical approach A team player that can work independently What's on Offer Base salary of £30,000 £ 35,000 depending on experience Competitive commission structure Flexible working arrangements The backing of an experienced sales, technical, and operations team A genuine opportunity to grow alongside a business with clear momentum
