You'll also have the chance to grow your skills and build a rewarding career in the charity sector. In this role, you'll provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness within our accommodation-based services across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick. As a keyworker, you'll build positive relationships, encourage healthy lifestyles and support people to develop the skills and confidence they need for independent living.

You'll also work closely with partner organisations across the county, using a joined-up approach to help people achieve positive outcomes. We're looking for someone with a positive, can-do approach, a willingness to go the extra mile and the confidence to think creatively. You'll be supported to use our internal IT system to keep clear, accurate records and to make thoughtful decisions that help people work towards their goals.
