• Accurately enter, update, and maintain records and data in spreadsheets and company databases.
• Organize, sort, and verify data for accuracy and completeness prior to entry.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze, clean, and format datasets.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative and operational data needs are met.

• Excel Expertise: Strong, demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel (data formatting, formulas, sorting/filtering) is required.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in alphanumeric data entry and record-keeping.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet daily targets.
• Reliability: Available to work 5 days per week, totaling 20–25 hours.
