Summary and ObjectiveThe Maintenance Planner assists the 135 Maintenance department in providing the necessary maintenance resources and record keeping that is required to increase plant productivity. Identify and prioritize multiple projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes. Preparation of reports, metrics, and other tracking tools will allow this employee to succeed.
Essential Functions- Forecast and coordinate a schedule.
- Produce a maintenance schedule.
- Oversee the execution of your plan or schedule.
- Evaluate proposals for the expansion or updating of your schedule.
- Monitor any inconsistencies and make adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Report on progress and any issues that emerge.
- Close attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Support Maintenance Control with scheduling issues as needed.
- Other duties as needed.
- Being a self‑starter who is highly motivated with strong initiative.
- Interpersonal skills with an emphasis on strong communication skills in both oral and written forms.

- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 30 pounds.
- Well‑groomed appearance.
- Adherence to department dress code.

RequiredEducation and Experience
- High School diploma or Equivalent.
- 3–5 years with experience in Aviation field, corporate preferred.
- Have good prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Be able to work with tight deadlines.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship.
- Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.
