Civil Project Manager - Water Resources

Bolton & Menk is looking to add a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team
. This position can be based in our Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, or Ames, Iowa office. With over 75 years of experience, Bolton & Menk specializes in providing community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond.

• Responsible for the management, planning, budgets, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects
• Serves as primary client contact and is responsible for problem resolutions related to projects
• Technical analysis and documentation
• Public outreach & business development and client communication

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited college
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of North Carolina and/or South Carolina
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience
• Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills
• Effective supervisory and team leadership skills
• Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and skills in CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software
• Possess valid driver’s license
