Location:

• The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides patient treatment and therapy following an established plan of care directed and supervised by an OTR/L.
• Responsible for mentoring Assistants, Technicians, and Students.
• Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.

• Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.

• None required.

• Current NC Board of Occupational Therapy license;
  Occupational Therapist Assistant license or eligibility.

• Analytical abilities to delegate personnel and problem solve with positive solutions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
