• You will provide care in the individual’s home and community.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, bathing, and dressing.
• Provide employment support and transportation to appointments.
• Help plan and organize their schedule.
• Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health system of record.
