Role:
Manufacturing Engineer / Data Analyst
Work location:
Kinston, North Carolina
- Define all KPI from blue collar until HO manufacturing to secure that what is scheduled is really happening.
- Setup dashboard connected in real time to Spirit data:
Microsoft Excel / Power
BI or Google Sheets / Google BI. - Implement all routines to use the dashboard.
- Prepare regular reviews (from SQCDP to quarterly) and drumbeat action plans.
Mandatory skills and proficiencies: Industrial engineer, Project management, Data analyst.
