Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Pay Rate: $7.25 – $7.75 per hour

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers / Baggers to join our manufacturing and industrial operations team. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and stacking products in various bag sizes, including bags weighing up to 50 pounds.

This position plays an important role in supporting both production goals and our mission to provide meaningful employment opportunities in a structured, supportive work environment.

• Bag and package products according to required weights and specifications
• Operate bagging and sealing equipment (training provided)
• Lift, move, and stack bags weighing up to 50 pounds
• Read and follow production orders, labels, safety instructions, and workplace signage
• Perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies

• Ability to read and understand written instructions and signage
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to stand and perform manual labor for up to 10‑hour shifts
• Dependability, strong attendance, and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required

This position is performed in an industrial setting and may involve exposure to:

• Noise, dust, and temperature changes
• Repetitive motion and physical activity
