Production Associate - Window Assembly

Pay Rate: 1st shift $15.10/hour; 2nd Shift $16.60/hour

Hours:

1st Shift 6am to 4pm; 2nd Shift 5pm to 3:30am (some Saturdays will be required on both shifts)

Duration: 11 months - Potential Temp to Hire

Location:

Kinston, NC

• Inspect windows and equipment for quality and defects
• Operate machinery and hand tools as required
• Load machines, assemble components, pack products, and label finished goods
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for safety, documentation, and communication (OSHA requirement)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Willing to cross-train and learn multiple production roles
• Values teamwork, diversity, and collaboration

• Manufacturing environment with noise and temperature variations
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of tools required
• Lift up to 50 lbs independently; 80–100 lbs with assistance
• Required to wear issued PPE
