Eventus Whole Health delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide mental health services in accordance with Eventus Whole Health site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities.
Quality/Compliance- Deliver high-quality clinical care treating various adult psychopathologies.
- Maintain independence in practice while collaborating with a psychiatric team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs.
- Receive supervision from a psychiatrist dedicated to your training, including monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and ongoing meetings.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists; patients will have access to weekly psychotherapy sessions.
- Work alongside a medical assistant partner to assist with scheduling, charting, and administrative duties.
- Utilize an integrated EHR system for all services.

Education:
Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution with a valid state license; all certifications must be current. Alternatively, a graduate of an accredited physician assistant program, with passing national certification, state licensure, and preferred specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry.
