We’re looking for an organised and detail focused Investment Delivery Administrator to join our team across the East Midlands network.
This is a permanent, full time role, 37 hours, Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern, involving travel to local offices and depots across the network up to four days per week. This role will be supporting the North region (Nottingham/Sheffield).

You’ll work closely with operational teams and delivery partners, helping to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently across the network.
What you’ll be doing- Support project delivery & administration
- Provide administrative support to the Investment Delivery team
- Ensure accurate and timely data capture across key systems
- Maintain data & reporting accuracy
- Collate, validate and maintain operational data
- Keep asset repositories and performance systems up to date
- Support KPI monitoring and reporting activities
- Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution
- Liaise with internal teams, delivery partners and stakeholders
- Support smooth project delivery and effective communication
You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and comfoartable working with data and systems in a fast-paced environment.
Skills- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good organisational and workload management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using SAP or similar systems is advantageous
