Sales Membership Manager

Overview

Our client is one of the UK's largest and most progressive and dynamic leisure operators. They are currently recruiting for a Membership Manager. Leading a busy team you will take an active lead in the growth of membership at their site, based at one of their leading sites in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

• Lead and manage a busy Membership team at a leading site in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, driving growth of membership.
• Provide line management to Membership Advisors, supporting them to maximise opportunities.
• Work to set KPIs and targets, meet with the team on a regular basis to monitor performance, and ensure support in line with the spirit values.
• Manage the team with the philosophy that 'everyone's a member', focusing on converting users to members.
• Develop a high level of customer service and ensure excellence at all times.
• Empower the team to become subject matter experts with a supreme level of product knowledge on all aspects of the facilities and the customers' needs.
• Ensure administration and systems are kept up to date and compliant.

• The successful applicant will have experience of working within a Membership management or Sales manager or consultant background.
• You will need excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with external and internal customers/staff.
• You will be able to demonstrate at interview your excellent customer service skills and experience.
• You will have experience getting the best out of your team and have experience motivating and driving a sales team to success.
