Credit Control
A varied opportunity to join a busy accounts team, combining credit control responsibilities with contract administration. You'll be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, supporting debt collection activities, and managing a central register of company contracts to ensure records remain accurate, organised and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day credit control, customer accounts and sales ledger administration.
Maintain accurate customer records and reconcile customer accounts.
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding overdue invoices and account queries.
Support month-end processes, reconciliations and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Maintain a central contracts register and filing system for all company agreements.
Track contract renewals, expiry dates, amendments and notice periods.
Coordinate new contracts and renewals, ensuring documentation is completed, approved and stored appropriately.
Work collaboratively across departments to gather information, maintain records and support compliance requirements.
About You
Previous experience within credit control, accounts administration or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Excel, databases and electronic filing systems.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
Comfortable handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
Good understanding of accounting processes and financial administration.
