Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Our ideal candidate will have experience of using Electronic Patient Record Systems, supporting basic patient triage and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be working various shifts on a rota basis across the Knowsley, Kirkby and Halewood sites. Clinics are open Monday - Saturday with a combination of booked and walk-in clinics. The successful candidate will be expected to work various shift patterns to cover the clinic opening times above over a 6 day week (Monday
- Saturday) to meet the needs of the service and will be discussed sibility to split the full time post into two part time positions can be discussed king on reception desks across Knowsley, Kirkby and Halewood taking calls on the telephone triage line, checking patients into the EPR System on the walk-in and booked appointment clinics.

• Computer / typing skills RSA2/equivalent
• GCSE/Equivalent, Experience of dealing with confidential matters
• Experience of working in a busy office, Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within teams
• Ability to work in a confidential and sensitive manner
• Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work, Ability to use Word / Excel, Understanding of issues around confidentiality
