SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR
Huyton, Liverpool
Start Date:
December 2026
CER Education are seeking an experienced administrator for a Primary school based in the Huyton area. This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week Monday – Friday during term times and the hours will be 8:15am – 3:45pm. The hourly rate for this role will be £16-£18, dependent on experience.
Job Responsibilities:- Supporting with daily admin tasks, attendance and reception cover
- Updating the SIMS School data base/Parent Pay
- Answering the phone, passing over messages efficiently
- Dealing with parent requests/collecting children from lessons.
- Overseeing Health & Safety administration and ensuring school procedures are followed
- Previous experience in a school setting/admin role
- Experience using SIMS school system and Parent Pay
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
- Professional References and Right to work
- Competitive hourly rates of pay, paid on a weekly basis.
- Constant support from an experienced specialist consultant.
- £250 refer a friend scheme.
