Kirkby, Knowsley contact centre. Join Ardent Credit Services Ltd.

£26,250 - £30,385 per annum plus non-contractual bonus.

On a day-to-day basis you will communicate with customers through incoming and outgoing telephone calls, supporting them to pay off their debts in a practical and affordable way. You will aim to understand each customer's individual circumstances by asking questions and ensuring the best interests of the customer are met. The role is challenging but rewarding, as it gives you the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of vulnerable customers and how to identify them
• Understanding of FCA guidelines
• Good telephone manner
• Strong listening skills with the ability to confidently articulate the best outcome for the customer on the spot.
• Good IT skills, with knowledge of Excel and confidence

Monday‑Friday 9am‑5:30pm. Future changes to shift pattern may occur.

21 days (rising to 25 days) plus 8 bank holidays.

Hybrid pattern allows work from office and home for part of the week after achieving core competencies; reviews after 6 months.
