Job Role - Key Stage 1 Teacher Needed Location – Ashton-in-Makerfield Start Date – January Salary – From £110 depending on experience Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for a rewarding new role? We want you to join a fantastic school in Ashton-in-Makerfield who are offering a long-term, full-time role within the Year 2 class to start in January until Summer.

This is a small class with Behavioural Needs and will need experience supporting with Challenging Behaviour. Team Teach is a bonus, but not essential.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of pupils Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth Utilise effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues Manage pupil behaviour through established strategies and techniques Assess and evaluate pupil progress, providing feedback to support their development Maintain professional standards and adhere to QTS requirements in all teaching practices What we require:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) At least 6 months teaching experience within the last 2 years ideally within KS2 Enhanced DBS check on the online update service or willing to get one Ability to provide two professional childcare references within the last 2 years
