The Governors of Ravenscroft Primary School wish to appoint a Midday Supervisor to work as part of a dedicated team of staff, committed to working within the core values of the school and its Mission Statement.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children during the lunchtime period.
  • Encourage children to play in line with the school’s behaviour policy and promote positive playtimes.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience working with children is desirable but not essential as support and training will be offered.
  • Availability to work from 11.30am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday.

Additional requirements:

  • Appointment subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Baring Service and health clearance by the Local Authority Occupational Health provider.
  • Security checks including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
  • Compliance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 to supply evidence of eligibility to work in the UK.
