AMA Admin is seeking a dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant to aid students in developing resilience and essential life skills within the school day. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support emotional regulation and positive behavior.
In this role you will collaborate with teachers and SEN teams, track progress, and adapt tasks to support every learner. A DBS check is required and a passion for helping young people flourish is essential.
