We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Halewood from September. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis within Key Stage 2, who has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the pupil access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential within a supportive learning environment. Alongside 1:1 support, you will also provide general classroom assistance and work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school staff.

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with ASD
• Supporting the pupil's academic, social and emotional development
• Assisting with the implementation of individual learning and behaviour strategies
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the pupil
