Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a specialist setting?We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEND Teacher to join our specialist school, supporting children and young people aged 3-19 years
. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an amazing, supportive and collaborative staff team where every pupil is valued as an individual.
All of our pupils have an EHCP reflecting their individual needs
, with a diverse range of needs including PMLD, SLD, MLD, autism and complex SEND needs
. We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEND.
- Is nurturing, patient, enthusiastic and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every pupil.
- Can adapt teaching, learning and communication approaches to meet individual needs.
- Builds positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals.
- Is reflective, creative and keen to develop their specialist SEND practice.
- Has high expectations while recognizing and celebrating every pupil's individual progress and achievements.
