HLTA to with English and Maths

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a 1:1 HLTA to work at an all-boys behavioural school to support Maths and English. The role will be full-time school hours Monday – Thursday.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified HLTA or ECT, and have previous experience supporting behavioural needs. You must be confident to work 1:1 with students and have strong behaviour management strategies.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

• Hold a HLTA teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2 or
  3)
• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
• Have previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years
• Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Two references working with children
• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
