In this role, you won’t just be following a curriculum; you will be creating a world of sensory exploration, communication breakthroughs, and physical well-being for students with complex needs.

What You’ll Bring
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):
Required.
* PMLD Expertise:
Experience with sensory curricula, hoist training, or PECS/Makaton is a huge plus (but we also value a willingness to learn!).
* Adaptability:
The ability to pivot your lesson plan based on a student’s medical or emotional needs.
* Empathy: A deep-seated belief that every child, regardless of their complexity, deserves an enriched and joyful education.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Designing and delivering highly personalized sensory-based learning.
2.
Leading a team of TAs to ensure personal care and medical protocols are met with dignity.
3.
Liaising with parents and external healthcare professionals to provide holistic support.
