Double Days (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm), Monday to Friday We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with an Mechanical bias to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and attending to breakdowns to ensure smooth operations of production machinery.

Key Responsibilities :
Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on production and packaging machinery. Perform regular PPM to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure machinery is quickly restored to operation. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing machinery performance. Requirements :
Mechanical bias with relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work double-day shifts, including early morning and late evening.
