Cobalt Housing is seeking an Asset Surveyor to survey and inspect a portfolio of around 6,000 homes, collecting and analysing asset data to inform investment priorities and regulatory compliance.
You will diagnose building defects, identify practical solutions, undertake EPC surveys, and perform HHSRS hazard inspections, ensuring issues are resolved and records remain auditable and compliant.
