Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject, or equivalent Experience using a range of IT packages, including email and internet Knowledge &
Experience:
Experience working with the general public and in healthcare settings Experience working with children, parents, and school staff Ability to support children who may be upset and need individual attention Understanding of the importance of confidentiality Experience of working independently and as part of a team Values:
