SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a national property services and renewables provider to recruit a HR Advisor / People Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is fast-paced, people-focused, and making a real difference to communities.
Location:
Knowsley (with travel to other sites)
Working pattern:
Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week on site
Salary: £36278 - £41,000 (inclusive of car allowance)

The role
As an HR Business Partner/ HR Advisor, you will work closely with the business to deliver a pragmatic, accurate, and comprehensive HR service. You will be a trusted advisor to managers, supporting them across the full spectrum of employee relations and organisational change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management
- Supporting organisational change projects, including TUPE and restructures
- Building strong relationships with managers, employees, and Trade Unions
- Providing expert guidance in line with UK employment legislation and HR best practice
This role offers some agile (home) working; however, you will be required to work from our Knowsley office and other locations at least 3 days per week.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent (CIPD Level 7 desirable)
- Strong employee relations experience, including TUPE
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
- Experience working in a similar fast-paced industry
- A highly organised and methodical approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong relationship-building skills with managers, employees, and Trade Unions
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
