Location: Knowsley
A leading automotive manufacturing company in Knowsley is seeking a People Partner to support business goals through effective people strategy. You will work closely with leaders, providing guidance on employee relations and driving culture initiatives, ensuring talent engagement and productivity in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR advisory roles and a strong understanding of UK employment law, along with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
An attractive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 and other benefits are offered.
