• Managing and delivering a comprehensive, high-quality HR operational service across theschool, taking ownership of all elements of the employee life cycle.
• Ensuring all records and information relating to employees are legally compliant, correctly maintained, and strictly confidential.
• Providing proactive HR advice and operational support to senior leaders, contributing directly to the effective running of the school and the delivery of teaching and learning.

• Confident,proactive and adaptable
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ableto build positive relationships
• Confident in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Previous experience working in an educational setting would be an advantage but not essential
