Industrial Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with an emphasis on using both hand tools and power tools effectively.

Responsibilities

* Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to maintain a hygienic environment.

* Use power tools and hand tools safely to assist in cleaning tasks as required.

* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

* Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organised.

* Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

* Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.

* Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools is advantageous.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without supervision.

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards clients and colleagues.

* Must be physically fit, as the role requires standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.
