Overhaul & Repair Centre Operative

As an Overhaul & Repair Centre Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the Overhaul & Repair Centre to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and professionalism. Working closely with engineers, supervisors and the wider Service team, you'll help ensure workshop activities run safely, efficiently and effectively. This role requires someone who can work on their own initiative, take ownership of workshop standards and contribute positively to the success of the team.

Your contribution will directly support the successful delivery of engine overhaul and repair projects for customers across the UK.

• Maintain a clean, tidy and professional workshop environment at all times
• Carry out general housekeeping duties across the Overhaul & Repair Centre
• Take ownership of housekeeping standards, ensuring the workshop remains clean, organised and professional at all times
• Support the efficient organisation of workshop areas, tools, equipment and consumables
• Assist with the booking in and out of tooling in accordance with company procedures
• Work proactively using your own initiative to identify tasks that need completing and support the effective operation of the workshop
• Help ensure the workshop operates smoothly by undertaking a variety of support tasks as required
• Undertake additional duties as required to support the Overhaul & Repair Centre and wider business operations

• Collect consumables from off-site locations when required
• Deliver parts, tooling and equipment to off-site locations as necessary
