What you will do:

• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated social workers to ensure the highest standards in safeguarding children
• Oversee the decision-making process within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and assessments
• Utilise your expert knowledge to guide and develop team processes and protocols
• Support the Strategic Manager in planning and implementing effective social care policies and practices
