Shifts:

Rotating 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Machine Operator to join a well-established company based in Knowsley. The company prides itself on safety, efficiency, and excellence in all aspects of its operations and offers a positive, supportive work environment focused on teamwork.

• Operate machinery to produce high-quality products in line with specifications
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure correct product formation and quality
• Manually pack finished products weighing up to 25kg
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of machinery and processes, identifying and resolving issues promptly
• Perform routine clean downs of machinery to maintain optimal operational efficiency
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and quality standards
• Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner

• Previous experience operating extrusion machinery or similar equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Physically capable of manual handling up to 25kg
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
