Production Operatives Knowsley, L34 | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Starts Available Introduction Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Production Operatives on a genuine temporary to permanent basis for their client based in Knowsley, L
34. The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian substitutes to thousands of customers worldwide and offers excellent working conditions, real opportunities for permanent contracts and long-term progression.

Two roles are currently available.

Role 1:
Process Controller Monday to Friday | 6am-2pm £14.10 per hour, rising to £14.61 per hour from 1 April.

Key Duties Ensure all machines are running to the correct specification.

Make necessary adjustments to meet product specifications.

Complete paperwork to ensure full traceability.

Regularly handle weights up to 25 kilogram mes.

Assist in achieving daily targets and KPIs.

Maintain a clean-as-you-go area and demonstrate GMP standards.

Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards.

Requirements Previous experience working under food hygiene or HACCP regulations (essential). Experience in a QA or QC role desirable.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to standards.

Role 2:
General Operative / Palletising Monday to Friday | 3pm-11pm £12.63-£13.33 per hour, rising to £13.14-£13.84 per hour from 1 April.

Key Duties Palletise finished products ready for despatch.

Print despatch labels and complete documentation for full traceability.

Book stock out using computer systems.

Load wagons safely and carefully.

Maintain a clean-as-you-go area and demonstrate GMP standards.

Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards.

Assist in achieving daily targets and KPIs.
