Hrgo-Recruitment is recruiting an Extrusion Operator / Team Leader in Knowsley for a permanent role. Shifts start Monday to Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm, with a move to permanent nights after induction (Mon-Wed, 6:00pm–6:00am).
You will operate and set up rubber extrusion machinery, monitor production targets and quality, and lead a small production team, ensuring health and safety standards. The role offers hands-on development in a growing extrusion operation with opportunities to support
