Salary: £16.00 per hour DOE

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 3:00pm | Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm

Overtime: Regular overtime available

Ready for your next challenge as a Laser Setter / Operator? We're working with a well‑established manufacturer that produces bespoke metal products for the Retail and Office Furniture sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Tube Laser Setter / Operator to their production team in Knowsley.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality work.

As a Tube Laser Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and running tube laser machinery, ensuring production runs efficiently and components are manufactured to specification.

Your duties will include:

• Setting and operating Tube Laser Machine
• Interpreting technical drawings and production paperwork
• Ensuring materials are correctly loaded and processed
• Monitoring machine performance and adjusting settings when required
• Checking finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Reporting any faults or production issues promptly
• Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across the workshop
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

• Previous experience setting and operating Tube Laser Machinery
• Confidence reading and working from technical drawings
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Competitive pay rate of £16.00 per hour
