Willowbrook Hospice, part of Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a skilled palliative care nurse to deliver high-quality, individualized care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for allocated patients in line with the NMC Code.
You will provide specialist advice and emotional support to patients and families, coordinate with the multi-professional team, participate in meetings, and contribute to quality improvement, research and mandatory training.
