Position: Costa Manager ( Multi Site )
Costa Manager 40 hours a week We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated Manager to join our team. Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences. As a Costa Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business goals.
• Ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production.
• Delegate where necessary and ensure the team are proactive at all times.
• In the absence of the General Manager, assist in the completion of weekly bookwork and any other duties deemed necessary.
• Act as the main point of contact and decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager.
• Be proactive at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise. Our ideal Costa Manager will:
