Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

• You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the day-to-day running of the shop
• Oversee targets, financial records and handle banking
• Ensure compliance with trading standards, Gift Aid and Hospice policies
• Build positive community relationships and recruit, train and support volunteers
• Manage shift cover and encourage positive culture through team meetings and training
• Ensure volunteer training and mandatory updates are completed on time
• Work regularly with the Retail Management Team
• Oversee organisation of incoming stock and store display

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive and reliable approach with strong communication
• Previous experience working as a store manager
• Is organised, self‑motivated and able to manage their time effectively
• Can comfortably lead and provide training to other staff members
• Is comfortable with basic admin, monitoring shifts and working with management
• Can oversee running of shop and has the flexibility to cover other stores if needed
