Starbucks Manager

To be successful in the role, you’ll have previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.

• Champion our mission and values to create the Starbucks experience for our customers and partners.
• Understand your market, get to know the competition and identify opportunities to drive store profitability.
• Be an ambassador for our partner networks, making sure our partners know they belong.
• Execute store operations through your team on scheduled shifts and days off, ensuring opening, closing and weekends are covered.
• Analyze data and leverage observations in store to inform decision‑making that improves customer and overall store performance.
• Work with store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour within required budgets and recruit talent.
• Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Support partner growth through performance and development, coaching and building positive relationships.
• Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.

Working hours could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. All retail store partners start with an introductory training programme led by in‑store trainers and coaches to immerse them in Starbucks culture and set them up for success.
