At Willowbrook Hospice, we are deeply passionate about providing high-quality care and support to our patients and their loved ones. Our retail shops are the heartbeat of our fundraising efforts, and we are looking for a motivated, community-minded Store Manager to join our friendly, welcoming team.

• You will drive the retail space to support our care services, managing day‑to‑day shop operations, incoming stock, and creating visual displays to increase sales.
• Oversee targets, financial records, and handle banking, ensuring compliance with Gift Aid, trading standards, and policies.
• Lead the team through recruitment, training, support, and motivation, creating a positive store culture.
• Build strong relationships through community engagement to boost donations, raise awareness, and promote our values.
• Oversee shift cover, lead team meetings, and maintain flexibility to support other local stores when required.

• Management experience previously working as a store manager or retail supervisor.
• Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, donors, volunteers, and wider management team.
• Confident leadership skills in training, coaching, and shift management for a diverse team.
• Manage daily administrative tasks and reporting to Head of Department.
• Positive, reliable approach with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
