• Drive proactive outbound prospecting across HR, Talent, Leadership, and ED&I markets.
• Build, manage and convert a high-quality pipeline from scratch.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, follow‑up and close.
• Win individual seats, group bookings and corporate cohorts.
• Host online programme overviews and taster sessions.
• Achieve weekly seat targets (discussed at interview).
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (L&D, HR tech, SaaS or professional services ideal).
• Strong track record of hunting and winning new business.
• Confident selling to HR Directors, Talent Leads and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily and generating pipeline independently.
• Skilled at running compelling virtual demos and programme overviews.
• Commercially sharp, proactive and persistent.
• Ambitious, confident and motivated by high earnings.

• Base salary: £50,000 per annum.
• OTE: £100,000+ (uncapped).
• Commission:
  Paid per seat sold on each programme, with weekly targets.
